As a whole we got what we paid for. The communication was always prompt, but the execution of task was lack luster. We needed pool services and there was a problem with the jacuzzi maintenance didn’t show until the last day of our stay. There were also damages already to the house that were not listed in the rental of the home.Overall this will be my last stay at Champion Gates.(stayed at different home last year)

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We do appreciate your acknowledgment that our communication was always prompt. Regarding the jacuzzi, we did send maintenance to the home but unfortunately, no one answered when they arrived. We then arranged for maintenance to return on another day. The jacuzzi concern was the only maintenance issue reported to us during your stay; no other damages or problems were brought to our attention at the time. We also want to clarify that the AC issue was related to the thermostat settings being adjusted incorrectly, rather than a problem with the AC system itself. We always do our best to respond quickly and resolve any concerns our guests report, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving our guest experience. -The IHM Team

Great Property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was big enough to accommodate all of us, free wi-fi and the kids love the water park. IHM property management company made sure we had all the information we needed to check in smoothly and was always very responsive in helping to answer any questions and/or needs we had.

Great choice for a large group

This house was a great choice for our large group. The drive to Universal Studios was a bit longer than I’d prefer, but it was worth it to have everyone in one spot.
