Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This beautifully updated condo boasts gorgeous laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, and plenty of lighting. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, an outlet extension that has USB ports, an alarm clock/radio, and a dresser so you can fully unpack to feel more at home. In the closet space, you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, an oscillating fan, iron and ironing board, as well as 2 luggage racks. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, 2 cozy rocking arm chairs, large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and an electric fireplace. There is also a dining room table that seats 4. The built-in kitchen island boasts plenty of storage. The range, full size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving, a Keurig if you prefer, an abundance of counterspace and storage. The large bathroom offers a jet tub, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and a beautiful vanity. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 2 person seating arrangement on the screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you have a little one.
Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

We had a great stay! The bed and couch were comfortable. The location was wonderful. The girl who checked us in was nice. My only complaint is i wish there was an air conditioner head in the bedroom, as im a hot sleeper, and the only AC was in the main living area.

It was very noisy as we were on us 31. We could not open our sliding door because it was stuck and once we did it was too noisy to sit outside. It was also noisy from the people upstairs.

Because of our central downtown Charlevoix location along US-31, some road activity can be heard, especially during peak summer months. Many guests love being steps away from the drawbridge, shops, restaurants, and beaches, but we understand that proximity can occasionally bring traffic sounds. Regarding the sliding patio door, we apologize that it was difficult to open. Our maintenance team has already been notified to inspect and repair it to ensure smoother operation and allow guests to enjoy the fresh air and views comfortably. We also regret that outside noise limited your ability to sit on the patio — a feature many guests enjoy while overlooking the charming sights and sounds of downtown Charlevoix. Your comment about hearing other guests upstairs is also appreciated. Pointes North Inn is a condominium-style property with individually owned units, and sound can occasionally travel between floors. We’re implementing additional measures, including periodic noise checks and encouraging owners to add sound-dampening materials where possible, to ensure a more peaceful environment. We’re glad you chose Northern Michigan Escapes and appreciate your recognition of our property’s unbeatable downtown location near the Round Lake marina, Bridge Street restaurants, boutiques, and the Pine River Channel. Good Stay

No communication by the property owner. You check in like at a motel. Kitchen and living area were updated and nice. Bathroom very dated with small shower and soaking tub that is stained. We did not use the pool and I'm not sure I would. It was a very small area with little furniture and the pool water did not look appealing.The location is good which is why I gave it "Good" rating.
