The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in ChampionsGate Resort – a bright, modern six-bedroom, six-bathroom home built for relaxation and fun, with room for 12 guests to spread out.



SLEEPING: every bedroom has its own full bathroom! First floor: a king suite and a queen suite. Second floor: the king master suite, a queen room, and a queen Jack & Jill room connected to a twin bedroom (2 twin beds) – perfect for kids and cousins.

LIVING: a modern open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a bonus game room / family loft upstairs, free Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer inside the home.

OUTDOORS: your own private screened pool and spa with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area – pool and spa heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.

RESORT: ChampionsGate's Oasis Club is a short drive away with a lazy river, water slide, resort pool, splash pad, fitness center, movie theater, arcade and restaurant, plus tennis and championship golf.



LOCATION: about 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and SeaWorld, and just minutes to Publix, Starbucks, restaurants and shops in ChampionsGate.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool and spa, game room loft, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom. Registered guests also get full access to the ChampionsGate resort amenities, including the Oasis Club with its lazy river, water slide, pools, fitness center and more (all guest names must be registered before arrival for resort access). Parking is available right at the home.



The Neighborhood:

ChampionsGate is one of Orlando's favorite resort communities – a gated, beautifully landscaped neighborhood in Davenport, just off I-4. Golf lovers will enjoy the two championship courses designed by Greg Norman, while the whole family will love the Oasis Club: a huge clubhouse with a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slide, splash pad, fitness center, tennis center, arcade, movie theater and an on-site restaurant and bar.



Right outside the resort you'll find a Publix grocery store, Starbucks, pharmacies and plenty of restaurants. And with Walt Disney World about 15 minutes away and Universal Studios and SeaWorld about 25, you're perfectly placed for every theme-park adventure.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35 minutes by car; I-4 and the 429 whisk you to Walt Disney World in about 15 minutes and to Universal Studios and SeaWorld in about 25. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER: The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
