This home is located just a short 5 minute walk from the Solterra Resort Clubhouse, a 5,600-square-foot space that features a beautiful beach-entry heated pool with a water slide, a lazy river, a spa/jacuzzi, poolside cabanas and loungers, tennis courts, beach volleyball court and basketball, a gym, a playground, walking trail and the Cafe Sol Bar & Grill. Please note the Community make a one time charge of $35-45 to use the community facilities during your stay - this is included in your rate and we will refund to you.
This home is in a great location just about 10 miles from Disney! Sea world Orlando is about 17 miles and Universal Studio’s and Islands of Adventure about 21 miles. Even closer to home you’ll be less than 3 miles from the main interstate I-4 and Champions Gate for supermarket (Publix), restaurants, bars, shops and golf and less than 5 miles away for a movie theatre and the Posner Park Shopping Complex.
