Relaxation awaits in this beautifully renovated, one-bedroom, one-bath courtyard property. Located on the first floor allows for easy access to the large community pools, deck and beautiful beach. Convenient and easy parking makes getting to your vacation rental a breeze.

Inside, you will find luxury living throughout this unit. Watching your evening televisions shows on the 42" HD flat screen cable television from the comfort of a cozy couch that features a comfortable queen-size pullout. Enjoy creating your meals in the well-appointed kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Dinner for four is perfect in the cozy dining room nook. Beautiful ceramic floors are throughout the main areas of the unit but the master bedroom is beautifully carpeted.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" HD television set with cable, and views of the courtyard. The bathroom has been completely renovated and offers a relaxing bathtub. You will find plenty of room for a family of four to enjoy this great beachside unit.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Enjoyed our stay, but bought beach towels and packed a hair dryer because description said neither item was provided. When we moved in both appeared to be available. Other that we had a wonderful time. Apartment was comfortable and near everything. Two pools and the ocean was 500 yards away. Thanks for a lovely vacation.

Just as advertised

This rental was exactly like the pictures. Access to the beach was right there. They are still working on reconstruction of the sea wall so there was some noise but nothing major. Pools were great. Would definitely recommend and rent here again.

Winter Retreat

Our condo was very spacious , well equipped and very comfortable ! Only issues, dehumidifier stayed on 24/7 and I feel the owners need to take all cleaning supplies from hall closet and move them to bedroom closet and make the hall closet a pantry for food items! Overall it was wonderful and we will return!!

Convenient Location

Even though we didn't need it, this unit is perfect for those requiring a short distance from the parking space to the unit. And with it on the first floor makes it easy to unpack & pack the car. Unit is clean & tastefully decorated with all required amenities.

Nice place for a short stay

The condo was well appointed and clean. Plenty of towels and toilet paper, a hair dryer, etc. Sheets were nice and soft as well. The only surprise was that both of the hot tubs were shut down and one of the pools was closed as well. There was nothing about that in the listing, and we were disappointed about the hot tubs, being that it’s winter. So maybe check with the actual property if you want to be sure that everything is working. They did disclose that the sea wall area hasn’t been rebuilt, but you can still access the beach, so that was fine. Nice location for loading and unloading your car since it’s ground-level and your parking spot is literally 5 steps from the door. We would stay here again for a short trip. Thanks!

Close to ocean.

If you are looking for an accessible property, this is not for you. Wheelchairs, nor walkers fit thru bathroom door. Access to beach are stairs only. They did not ramp the access. It is comfortable and cute.
