Located in the family-friendly Sea Coast Gardens II complex, this well-equipped one-bedroom, one bath condo has direct views of the ocean and pools from the living room and bedroom. Need an extra bed for sleeping? No worries, the master bedroom closet has been converted into a sleeping nook with a twin bed.

As you enter this cozy getaway you will be welcomed with a comfy living space that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully stocked kitchen has solid wood cabinetry with clean white countertops and appliances. It has plenty of cooking essentials to create home cooked meals. Right next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table and four chairs. In the living room, a sleeper sofa and two chairs offer a nice place to relax after a fun day at the beach. The large flat-screen TV is equipped with cable, so guests can enjoy their favorite shows. Directly off the living room is a sliding glass door to the covered balcony where you can take in a beautiful sunrise, views of the beach and community pools.

Tired after a fun day in the sun, retire to the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, large flat-screen smart TV and plenty of dresser space for your belongings Views of the ocean can be seen right from the comfort of your pillows. A small nook with twin bed offers additional an additional sleeping space for a small child. Also, the living room couch converts into a queen sleeper, perfect for visiting guests or teens.

The nicely updated bathroom has a standard bathtub, shower with glass enclosure, vanity and large mirror. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Great location and condo!

We loved the location and view. The furniture was quite comfortable and the condo was spacious. The style was a bit dated (I wouldn't host a party there) but it was comfortable enough for 2 people who were out enjoying the area most days and evenings. The television was an older style with no smart/streaming options.

We loved the view and New Smyrna. The condo itself had a musty smell throughout our stay. Cupboards smelled musty when opening them. Did not put boxed items like cereal or bread in the cupboards, just canned goods. Did not put my clothing in the bedroom dressers because of the musty odor. Felt like the condo had not been cleaned for awhile.

Beach condo needs updating

The condo was in a great location however it was in need of serious updating, needs repairs and needs cleaning. The threshold into the kitchen was loose - could cause someone to trip, the top of the microwave was off, the freezer was dirty, the bathroom shower door was only attached at the top and the tracks were filthy. The unit needs repair, cleaning and updating.

Pretty nice

Overall a pretty nice place. Lots of doors didn’t work very well. WiFi password wrong, spent over a hour with Spectrum to get the right one. Management did then update on website after we updated. No help before. On site management not very responsive. They only give you one roll of toilet paper for a week stay. Can’t leave porch door open to listen to waves. Heated Pool very nice. Lots of good restaurants nearby. People friendly in area. Just not warm enough for what we wanted.

Condo was very disappointing

The complex was fine, our condo was not. Needed a very deep cleaning. Almost everything is old and worn out; pots and pans, towels, living room, dining room furniture. Kitchen has never been updated. Garbage disposal had to be replaced. We had to purchase a frying pan, spatula, oven thermometer. Only good thing was the balcony with a view of the ocean.

Quiet beach with clean condos

The condo was just what we needed. It was clean, had a great location, and was nicely decorated. There were a lot of rules about the thermostat and laundry, which I was not used to. It would have helped to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Overall, though, it was just the place we needed to relax and recharge in the sunshine.

Fantastic rental experience. This unit has a great, straight ocean view and private balcony. Well equipped with linens, kitchen accessories, and beach items. The only issue we had was with the internet connection, which was spotty at best.
