The property was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the AC system didn’t work. It never go below 84 a degrees and the system was blowing hot air (90 degrees) at times. Property manager was responsive and sent technician and AC staff out on Monday and Tuesday. We moved into a hotel for our stay. That was challenging

Thank you for your feedback, John, and for your kind words about the condo and our team’s responsiveness. We’re truly sorry the AC failed during your stay. That’s the last thing anyone wants in the desert. Our technicians were on site right away, and we offered to move you to another one of our homes. We understand you preferred a hotel, and we took care of your reservation so you weren’t left out of pocket. Since your stay, we’ve installed a brand-new AC system in the condo

Enjoyed it again!

We have rented this place for several years now for a week. We always enjoy the well-stocked kitchen and the comfortable rooms, and we look forward to renting in the future. We enjoy the shade on the deck in the late afternoon; we do feel the outdoor furniture could use a refresh.

We only spent six days, but this place was better than expected! We had lots of dishes, lots of patio furniture, everything we needed, and everything worked! We would definitely stay again.

Loved our Christmas break

My family of four had the best time this year on our Christmas vacation. My kids each had their own beds, there was coffee provided, and it was extremely relaxing. The quietness the resort provided was exactly what we needed. Thanks! We hope to be back soon.

Good central location for golf getaway

The location of this place is perfect for anyone on a golf getaway trip. Both bedrooms are in good shape and overall found it to be an effective ground base for our trip. Back patio has a nice daytime view of a fairway with other homes on the other side. The neighborhood was quiet throughout our trip as well.

Comfortable perch in the desert

My husband and I went out to the desert for the Indian Wells Tennis Classic. The rental was relatively close to the venue and Lyfts were easy to get to and from the venue. The place was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked.Only caveat is if you are a tennis fan and want access to the tennis channel you'll want to find a different place to stay.

Excellent! We’ve enjoyed it!

The property was in perfect condition. They’ve provided almost all amenities we needed like laundry detergent, tissues, trash bags and so forth. Saran wrap was missing but that’s OK. The property is located on the 11th hole and offered a nice view of the golf course. We’d like to come back next year.

Stagecoach girls weekend

Three girlfriends in town Thurs - Mon for Stagecoach. Was a nice, quite neighborhood to come back to each night to rest & relax during the very hot late April weekend in Indio. All communications before/during/after were all very timely and easy to follow. Nice for 3 women with the 2 bathrooms/showers to get ready (vs staying at a hotel). Will be on our list for when we return.

Great overall experience.

Property was nicely updated. Our only issue was a lot of dust on surfaces. There were several extremely windy days were debris from the stovetop vent fell down onto countertops and kitchen area. Hopefully management will address the issue
