Perfect place for a big family!

Robert's place is clean, spacious, convenient and got everything we need! Love the ensuite in the three rooms. Whole family enjoyed the stay!

Perfect Paihia Location

Fantastic accommodation and close to everything you could need during your stay at Paihia. BBQ was well used and perfect for a getaway with friends

Amazing spot for a large group

We spent around a week here. Was a great little spot! Location lovely deck with views ok the lake and town. Sleeps lots of people! Fully equipped with parking. Host took care of any requests we had. Would definitely recommend it!

Family Vacation

We had a great time and this house was perfect for our needs, located in a great area, close to everything you could need. The owner was there when needed, but otherwise left us to our own. If you are looking for a house in a great location with the comforts of home this is the spot.

Great house in a fantastic location

We were grateful to have stayed here. We had 4 couples and our 2 sons aged 2 and 4. Double glazed. Large heat pump and fans. Comfortable beds.

Great location- bathrooms galore!

Loved our stay here, great walkable location! Having FOUR bathrooms was lovely for our group, patio was delightful to enjoy and morning coffee or afternoon glass. Only small issue we found was that the air conditioner didn’t cool the home very well. It’s tucked into a back corner that did not circulate throughout the home.

Perfect location, beautiful home

Such a lovely home, with a bathroom for every bedroom and a beautiful deck out front with a view of the water. The only note I have is that it’s not super clear which front entrance is which (the home is split in to 2 rentals), so we almost walked in to the wrong home. Otherwise, wonderful stay and lovely hosts!

Fantastic Labour Weekend Stay in Paihia

Nice house overlooking Paihia. So close to town and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the sun. We filled out the four bedrooms with our group of 9. Perfect for our extended family to stay together. Big common area with longue/dinning/kitchen right by the deck. Three of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great. And when we needed some extra towels, just texted Robert and we got them quick. Perfect base camp for us to go visit friends up in Kerikeri and take the car ferry over to Russel. Thanks!

Our stay never went ahead, the owner canceled our booking an hour n half before check in time.

The place was booked through AirBNB that same day and a full refund was given. The VRBO software had a glitch and was not syncing calenders which I was not notified of. On the back of Covid and all the other stresses we have had in Northland, to have someone go out of their way to devalue our business for a real life issue that was not of our making is a disappointing.

A Home from Home

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's spacious property, clean and neat with every thing you need. Couldn't ask for a better located property, all the shops and restaurants was within walking distance. Robert is a friendly and accommodating host and we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Awesome place for families or groups

Had a fantastic stay at this property. We were a family group of 6 adults and 3 kids and there was heaps of room for everyone. Will definitely be back.

Everything at your fingertips

Great stay, there were 8 of us and it wasn’t over crowded, but nice that we all had a communal space as well individual space. Town very close and supermarket etc. We didn’t want or need for anything more, everything was at the house. Would stay again.

Comfortable BOI Family Getaway

This place was comfortable and perfectly located for our family. Great for intergenerational families given the bedroom/bathroom set up. Good laundry facilities for young families. Extra warm, nice bedding, comfy couches, even lock up outdoor space for a small dog, space for everyone. Look forward to booking again in future

Very happy with our stay

Great house in a great location. Everything was in great condition and the artwork was a real treat. Lots of space for the whole family and the deck with quality outdoor furnishings was amazing.
