Switch the whole family into holiday mode at this tranquil four-bedroom family home, just five minutes from the town centre. Welcome to Tahuna Family Escape!

Spread across two levels, there's plenty of space for easy holiday living here. A fabulous deck and yard space call out for holidays in the sunshine, while a private lawn and gardens, complete with a playhouse, as the cherry on top.

Indoor living here features a fully equipped kitchen for fuelling the troops, and the large lounge and dining area provide for easy family living. The rumpus room provides further space for the family to spill out, with a selection of board games and books having entertainment covered. This home also includes WiFi and a TV with Freeview and Chromecast.

4 bedrooms plus a rumpus room comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests here, with 2 full bathrooms and a large laundry with additional fridge and freezer space completing the setup for your stay.

A generous double garage is also included which provides a place to store your kayaks, bikes or jet ski, and doubles as a games room with darts and table tennis provided.

There is also ample off-street parking for your cars and boat, and for your convenience the property even offers a fish filleting area!

Spend your days building sandcastles and dipping in the ocean down at Ti Beach, a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. Or why not hire some jet skis or kayaks and explore this beautiful part of New Zealand by sea. The popular Waitangi Mountain Bike Park is a 5-minute drive and if you are a boatie; you can see the ramp from your deck!

Head to the Paihia Wharf for a cruise out to the Hole in the Rock, find your catch of the day game fishing, or for the adventure seekers, to try out the Xtreme Jet Boat. Before you head home, grab some supplies or fresh fish'n'chips in town.

Everything is close here; supermarkets, cafes, bars, beaches and all of the local activities that the Bay of Islands has on offer. Make your way to Paihia for good times, here at Tahuna Family Escape!

Great stay. Very close to waitangi.

Was up from Christchurch for Waka ama nationals and it was just a hop skip and jump from the venue.lovely large house for a big family.it wasn't so bad that it was next to a cemetery. Was fun for freaking the kids out, lol.
