Gateway Grand 305 is a SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Beautiful living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker combo, laundry room and WIFI. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full & 2 single beds) and a queen sleep sofa in the living area to accommodate your family of up to ten. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas.
There is an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The location is wonderful have stayed at gateway grand 3 times. Love the grand it is very beautiful.The condo was nice but a lot of complaints unfortunately.The trundle bed was not a trundle because the mattress was like a box spring as was the couch bed.The couch and rugs have many stains on them. The tvs are very old probably the original ones from when they were built. The master bed was very uncomfortable and the room was extremely hot not many vents in room. For the money I expected better. And have gotten better from other units I stayed at . I won’t stay here again but will always choose the grand. To the owners your place can be great but it’s time for some updates.
