The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

Nice little place!

We enjoyed our stay at Roami in Sunny Isle! We did have an issue when we first arrived with a broken handle on the toilet. Roami’s staff was quick to respond and had maintenance out the same day to fix it. Other than that every thing was really nice, clean and relaxing!&@

The area is very good. A little more than 2 blocks from Collins Ave that has the strip of all luxury condominiums and good hotels and many shopping centers with many food choices and huge Publix supermarket. The apartment is huge with 2 and half baths. I just didn’t like being on 2nd floor. Had to have the shades closed most of the time. One complain about the pool is only 6 chairs. I don’t know how they expect people to use the pool with no chairs. The pool was shallow everywhere (a little over 3) but very clean. The tub shower wasn’t clean well but rest of the Apt. was OK. Very easy to get in touch with the management, either by phone or email. They left extras of all necessaries, like bathroom tissues, paper towels, cleaning stuff or coffee, sugar and other stuff for anyone to take, in the lobby, so for many things, there was no need to contact anyone. Parking was very good, right under the Bldg. and always available.
