THE SPACE
Open plan living area with a cozy seating area in living room that also has a work desk with chair. The den has a large comfortable sectional with a 70" television, great for family movie nights. The den sofa can also be converted into a bed and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a dining table that seats 6 and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar for an additional 3 guests. The cook can chat with guests or keep an eye on the TV while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal in the fully equipped, top of the line kitchen. All the comforts of home and more! Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai - the perfect spot to unwind with a cool drink and watch the sun go down over Lake Cay.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom features a king size bed with pillow-top mattress, top quality linens plus 50" smart TV and an additional work desk with chair. The huge en-suite bathroom includes his and hers vanity, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a king size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses, high quality linens, large smart TVs and ceiling fans. A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
