Excellent location; beds were not comfortable

Seal Beach is an incredible location, close to the beach and restaurants. The property is in need of new furnishings. One of the bunk beds had a nail sticking out, one of the full beds had a mattress that bowed in the middle making it difficult for two people to sleep, one of the blinds in the bedroom was broken and couldn't be opened properly or turned so that light could come into the room. The living room furniture was not comfortable for lounging. The cleanliness was not excellent, but not terrible, railings felt sticky. There was no screen on the sliding patio doors, which would have been nice to open to get a breeze. Overall for an overnight stay, it was fine, but I would not look to staying here for a longer trip.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your stay at Seal Beach. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again. Please note that the current owners purchased the property just before the rental season began. They plan to do many off season upgrades, including removing the bunk beds, replacing with regular beds and replacing the living room furnishings.

House was great

The house was beautiful, in an incredible location, and had plenty of bed space. The property manager was very responsive. Overall I would highly recommend this unit.
