it is a great house big enough to fit everyone the only thing is you might need to put cockeroach baits done had a few of these other wise we loved it

Family holiday

Unfortunately one king size bed had wonky springs so could only accommodate 1 person Happy with location Pity about ‘solar’ heated pool was cold due to overcast weather, kids still liked it For price I would have thought ‘Linen’ would have been included & not just left piled in bags at front door, having to make all the beds ourselves was tiresome

Hi Denise Thank you for your feedback. We have passed onto the owner about one of the king beds so they can look into replacing this. Glad to hear the kids still enjoyed the pool. Not all of our holiday rentals have linen provided, it states on the property description whether linen is provided. The linen hire company do not have a bed making service, just linen delivery.

Huge well appointed house

We enjoyed our stay with children and grandchildren in this spacious and comfortable house. The only disappointments were from the previous guests who left the 2 garbage bins and the 2 recycling bins full and they stank for the whole week of our stay before garbage night! The BBQ was also very dirty and the gas bottle and burner had been left on so that bottle was empty. The pool solar heating was either off or set too low so the pool was a bit too cold for the little kids.

Excellent house, true luxury, five stars

We enjoyed very much our stay in this house. The house in enormous, plenty of room, the kitchen is well furnished will all necessities and appliances. The rooms are well fitted, big and comfortable beds. Huge TVs in the living room and in most bedrooms. Good quality wi-fi, works well. The pool is nice and big, the water is quite warm. What we didn't like: The washing machine was very dirty, we could not use it. One bedside reading lamp is missing in one of the rooms. We were given only one key from the agent which is obviously not enough for 10 people (5 couples). We had to ask for and go back for another key. But these were just minor inconveniences.

It is standard practice, that we hand out one set of keys per property so we have a spare set at the office for accidental lockouts or in the case of any emergency maintenance. The house itself is very good for a large family or group and is in a good location. However, all the beds are very firm and rather uncomfortable. The BBQ is rusted, dirty and not usable.The washing machine was filthy. I pulled out lumps of mouldy gunk from the door seal.The pool is not heated (as advertised) or the solar heating was not working. This was very disappointing as it was the main reason we choose this home. I also think that for the price of this rental, linen should be included. Having to hire linen and then make up all the beds yourself is not the best way to start a holiday.
