This beautiful, bright, and spacious 3-bedroom condo features a large wrap-around lanai in the lovely Bridgewater Bay gated community.

There is a third bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed & a desk. A spacious lanai is South facing and wraps around an open Family and Dining Room layout, with solid glass for lots of natural light. State-of-the-art window coverings separate inside from outside and allow you to have some shade and privacy at your demand.

Enjoy Bridgewater Bay's beautiful clubhouse with 2 huge swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, pool table, bocce courts, playground, basketball courts and walking paths. Best place ever

The place is great, lots of space, the condo is so comfortable, it was sparkling clean. It Has everything you need and a little more. The lanai is so relaxing, we had dinner there every night. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is so polite. The condo comes with many pluses, the ones we most enjoy were the bikes and the beach chairs. Location is great short distance to highway, beach, stores and downtown. We were so happy, we didn’t want to leave. Would definitely stay there again. Deirdre and Paul are so wonderful, there are quick to answers and will help you with anything you need.

We LOVED this place! Deirdre and Paul met our every need and then some. Our family was very comfortable when the kids and grandkids visited. The condo is stocked very well. We loved the location of the unit....just a quick bike ride or walk to the pools. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful! Deirdre and Paul were the best to deal with...champagne on arrival and a glass of wine with our new friends on our departure! Can’t wait to go back next year!😊

Perfect place for a Florida vacation

Well located with services nearby and beaches access within 15 minutes by car. The appartement is bright with a big surrounding lanai. Deirdre and Paul are easy to reach and very responsive. The sub-division is very nice and quiet with all the amenities you would expect. Would return for a vacation with no hesitation.

Why they chose this property

When looking for a property in Naples we were really "wowed" by this property. More spacious and open than almost every other condo we looked at. And the Bridgewater Bay neighborhood is beautifully kept and friendly. In our opinion, the best feature is that Bridgewater Bay has two large pools, including an outdoor 4-lane Olympic size lap pool in a large screened-n enclosure (the outside lanes are double wide for you close couples that like to swim side-by-side)! Very unusual!

What makes this property unique

This is a first floor condo with an attached garage and has 3 bedrooms plus 2-1/2 bathrooms. The living room and master suite both open to the wrap-around screened-in lanai through large sliding doors. The air in the condo is cleaned with the latest technology using an iWave-R attached to the central air handler. The condo is South Facing so we off the latest high-tech sun blocking shades in the Dining Room and sun-blocking vertical blinds for privacy and shade when desired in the Living Room and Breakfast Nook. The condo is bright and airy, and is in a quiet location, with only the sound of the fountain in the man-made finger lake that operates from 10AM to 10PM.
The Bridgewater Bay community center is amazing, offering 2 pools, hot tub, fully equipped workout facility, pool table and areas for socializing, playing cards or working on that memoir in an air conditioned club house. It has locker rooms with showers. You also have access to Tennis courts and a bacci ball court.
