We enjoyed our stay. We brought out small dog and it was a perfect set up for all of us. There are even food/water bowls, leashes with poop bags and a blanket for our little sweety. The space had everything we needed and we enjoyed the peace and quite.

The only thing I would say is that the A/C seemed like it wasn't keeping up very well, but it was also really hot outside. The property owner was very prompt in his responses and came and checked everything out plus rebooted the tv while we were out and about. We loved that it was so close to the marina and could walk to the nearest restaurant. The property was very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend for family trip!

Loved our stay in Wabasha! Duplex is in a great location, walk across a bridge and be right in town for coffee in the morning or dinner and drinks. Kitchen was well enough stocked for us to cook in as well. We took advantage of the gas grill as well for brats one night. There's some great state parks for hiking within a half hour drive. This was our second time staying here and we would stay again.

Quiet winter stay just a 5 min walk from the Mississippi

Fresh, clean, updated, complete kitchen, lots of windows, wonderful and warm gas fireplace. Thoughtfully outfitted with nice dishes, implements, towels and bed linens. Soothing color scheme. (Very close to marina, so probably not quiet in peak summer, but really quiet in winter, which is what we wanted,) did I mention EAGLES!?!?

It was very clean. We used the grill the first night. We also enjoyed the fire pit and walking trails. Perfect size for our family of 4 and 2 large dogs. Food and water bowls as well as leashes were provided. My only recommendation would be to have an inside broom. We’ll be back for sure!!

Magical!

This house exceeded our expectations! We were in Wabasha working the annual Grumpy Old Men Winter Festival and there was something magical about coming back to the house after working a long festival day and being able to sit in front of the fireplace in the coziest living room ever with a spectacular view of Parkside Marina! There was plenty of parking, the location was within walking distance to the entire town (and all of the events). The house is decorated in a way that makes you fall in love with Wabasha. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, we will be renting it again!

Overall the property was very nice. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars and downtown. Just a couple little things needed attention. There was some silverware that was not cleaned well after the last user, and I wasn't fond of the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that were shared with previous renters. I thought the cleaning fee was excessive when we had to strip the bed, do the dishes and make sure things were cleaned up when we left.
