Incredible

I selected this property because of the balcony view. It was a few hundred yards from an Uber point and within walking distance of most restaurants. The layout and setup of the property was perfect. Just enough for one or two people. Perfect for me and the Mrs. We would definitely recommend and would stay here on another trip to PR

Nice spot

Overall this studio worked out nicely for our trip. The location is central to many areas of San Juan so you can get pretty much anywhere easily. We used the stand up scooters on this trip and enjoyed being reasonably close to OSJ. The studio was fine. The best aspect was the view and the balcony. Plus the bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked and was not loud! We also thought the pool was nicer than we expected. It was not as pristine as the photos indicate- more worn and dated and a little dusty. But everything was clean and decent and it served us well. The refrigerator was very small and I don't know how well it would have worked if someone planned to really have food and cook. We didn't do that so it wasn't an issue for us. While there is a washing machine it is oddly situated and sticks out of the closet area where it is located. I was also a bit disappointed that there were not more hangers and none to clip pants/skirts! The listing said there was a cooler and beach chairs- but there weren't either. And the beach towels could be bigger/better (one was really a small shower towel). Unfortunately when I reached out to the local contact regarding the beach chairs I got no response, at all. That was pretty upsetting since they were very responsive prior to our trip and presented as very available. We didn't have any issues in the unit and it is safe and convenient.
