Peaceful paradise

The property management of this gorgeous property is unprofessional with poor communication. This does not reflect well on their business name, “Professional Holiday Homes”. Upon arrival, we had a few issues which had to be rectified. Rather disappointed in the unprofessional manner of property managers. However, the property owner came to our assistance and resolved the issues within a few hours of arrival and overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The views and serenity are breathtakingly beautiful!!!

Hi Simone, We're happy to hear you loved the property however rather surprised to hear this comment since when you called us, our staff member rang the property owner straight away for you and sent you a message to let you know he was on his way. You then thanked her and sent another message about the BBQ which was also passed on and rectified in a timely manner and this is all the communication we had with you.
