Good place to stay if fishing Lake Hartwell

We stayed here for a week while participating in a bass tournament. It is very convenient to Green Pond Landing. Gas station, Grocery store and several restaurants are minutes away. Plenty of room for 2 boats. The house has a barn next to the house that you can back your boat into.

Beautiful renovated property

We are three senior long-time friends in town for the Anderson Senior Follies (highly recommend) and wanted something close to town, the play and shopping at Hamrick's.This fit the bill. Don't let the outside fool you. It's old property but redone and decorated beautifully inside. The best paint job (inside) that I've ever seen!Best: One level, easy entry, easy to deal with owner, well-stocked, very clean; lots of places to sit (mostly comfortable) in the living room; two coffeemakers (one Kuerig and one regular).Needs improvement: No ice maker or ice trays, so bring your own ice; beds are comfy, but not senior friendly. They are very high so you might need a step stool to get in them. Overall, very nice property.

Fished a tournament on Hartwell. Less than 5 minutes from Green Pond Landing. Plenty of room to Park 3 or 4 boats. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Will rent again when fishing Hartwell.

Country in the city

We rented this home for a family get away after a home Clemson game. The house is described as a country home. It's just as described. It was clean with plenty of space for our family. There are comfortable beds, lots of seating in the spacious living room. We'll equipped kitchen as described. Close to a grocery store and drugstore. We would rent it again.

Awesome place

Rented the house to fish a bass tournament. Perfect set up. Plenty of parking for 4 trucks and boats. Ample outdoor outlets for charging your batteries over night, and minutes from Portman shoals and Green Pond. House is extremely clean, and comfortable. Everything worked inside which is rare lol. If your looking for a place to rent this is the one!
