Nice place in the city, we enjoy our stay. When our flights got cancelled due to the weather, the host was very responsive and helpful so we could stay extra night.

We stayed at the location for 2 weeks. We enjoyed being able to host our family together in one place. I was nice, clean, spacious, and cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood. The interior of the property was terrific, clean and well appointed. Communication was very good. Location to downtown good. The neighborhood where the property is located appears to be an area where older homes are being renovated. I would consider it a safe neighborhood on the rise!

Our husbands played football for Clemson in the late 1960s. We come every year . House was great and ww loved the photo artwork. Very well decirated.

House was cute and clean other than the outside appearance made me afraid to enter the house but so glad i did.Outside is very unkept and needs attention since first impressions matter.Also, the bathroom rug in the master bath need replaced since it was stained and really at least needed a vacuum.Bed in second bedroom needs a decent mattress.Overall, we had a nice stayx

Cute House, but a Little Disappointing

Let me first say that the house was decorated nicely, seemed clean, had plenty of room for the three of us to stay - and the water pressure was great in the shower. The neighborhood was okay and I felt generally safe, but one day there was a huge police presence surrounding a home a few houses down and the doors on the house only locked by the deadbolts. One of the cabinets in the kitchen was being held up with a salt container, but there was a note saying a part had been ordered. The big deal was when we washed a full load of laundry and then after three drying cycles, they were still completely wet. We texted the property manager and they said they were aware of the dryer issue (but never told us), it just takes multiple times to dry. I wish I would have known this up front because the only reason we rented a house over a hotel was for the washer and dryer since we were traveling for an extended time before we landed in SC for this leg of our journey. They did have someone come out the next day to look at the dryer and the lint was so backed up that the service man could not correct it that day and we had to find other means of rewashing and drying our clothes, since this was the third day of them being wet :-( Overall, seemed like the maintenance of the property could use a little TLC and the furniture could use an update to be more comfortable. Also, there is a day bed in a back room area for someone to sleep, but there are no window coverings for privacy.
