I was expecting a lot nicer place for the cost! Unloading our suitcases was a struggle, IE uneven sidewalk and an uphill hike to the entry. Once there, the lock didn't work with the code and locked us out requiring us to contact the host that gave us an alternate entry process (the electronic lock didn't work several times, requiring us to use the hidden key). Once inside, the stairs to the upstairs primary loft were FAR from code and very challenging carrying luggage. Lighting was also very poor in that bedroom. The primary bathtub is an antique tub, which again was a challenge to get in and to use as a shower. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was not comfortable even for the short amount of time we spent there.
This cabin was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The views are excellent and the area is quiet. It was a great base camp for our fly fishing adventures.
The cabin was perfect, quiet, well-kept, had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the scenery and peace and quiet. The landlords and manager were so responsive when we had questions, we had a wonderful time.
My family enjoyed this cabin so much. It is in a quiet neighborhood within driving distance to several different attractions. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet getaway.
My husband and I needed a quick and relaxing weekend getaway and this home was absolutely perfect! We were so comfortable, it was a quick drive into Woodland for access to restaurants and stores but yet felt like we really did get away. Highly recommend!!
Great stay while our daughter attended High Trails camp just outside of town. Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and all the amenities for an easy stay! Thanks for a great couple days!
We were only here for 2 nights but loved our stay. The house was clean and was as described. House is located on a quiet street just off of the highway which made traveling easy. Also an easy drive to Colorado Springs or Cripple Creek areas.

Nicer than expected
The cabin was nicer than we expected to find for the price. The playground across the street was a nice bonus for the kids.

Florissant escape
This is our first choice when we visit our kids in Florissant - so convenient to them and and all of the creature comforts we like while we're there. Mgmt always listens to any of our needs, very accommodating.
Very clean, great communication with property manager, well equipped with all the things we needed, location was central to many of the outdoors activities we were looking for.
Even with the snowstorm and multiple feet of snow, Bruce was able to get the drive plowed.
We stayed in Florissant with two of our siblings to attend my son’s wedding. We absolutely loved the home. I ended up cooking for a dinner to take to the wedding venue on Sunday. The kitchen and entire cabin was well and beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the two upper floors was wonderful. The host was very responsive to our question and check in/close out procedures were easy to follow.
We loved our stay at your home, Location to everything we wanted to do was perfect, watching the deer everyday was great. The house was clean and comfortable and beautiful evening on the deck were outstanding. Thank you for sharing.
Great Cabin that is close enough to everything yet secluded enough that you can relax.
This house had a full kitchen which was a huge plus. The crockpot was a great way to cook food while gone and be able to eat when you got home.
It was a cozy house with a fireplace and comfy couches. It was a great place to go especially after being stuck in the Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine for 8 plus hours.
My family and I enjoyed a nice trip out to the Colorado Springs area. While the house was further out from some of the local attractions the views along the way and there were completely worth it! We enjoyed the deer that came out early morning and night to the edge of the balcony. The house was great and was everything we needed for a family with preteens. We would definitely recommend!
