Welcome to Sunrise Oaks! Just minutes from Daytona Beach, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for families, retirees, and pet owners. The open floor plan features wood and ceramic tile flooring, vaulted ceilings, and an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A formal dining room seats eight, while a cozy breakfast nook offers garden views. The living room provides comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and an upright piano. Home is beautiful but needs some work. One bathroom the toilet is unbolted and needs repair. Bathroom needs more bath towels. Screen in porch has spider webs everywhere. Check out was very easy.

Beautiful House in Port Orange

Came to visit son for Christmas! House was beautiful and dog friendly. Sister-in-law and nephews came up for Christmas dinner. Close to Publix and lots of shopping. Would stay again! (For those with dogs, yard is not fenced.) Beautiful hawk came to visit several times a day!

Nice house in a great location

The house was very spacious and clean. Only negatives are if you’re staying more than a couple nights they only provide “starter toilet paper”. Also there is no garbage or recycling bins and you must remove all trash or be charged. That being said we’d definitely stay again as the neighborhood is quiet and close to the track and beaches.

Convenient Location - big house

Four friends came to attend the Daytona 24 hr race. The location was perfect! 11 minutes from the track, close to restaurants and other services. The house was light, airy with a bit of an echo... vaulted ceilings, tile floors will do that. It was fairly clean but it could and should be better. There were a few things a handyman should address like one broken bedroom door but all the important things worked. It was much better than a hotel for a group of friends or family and competitively priced. Overall a good experience.

The house was just what we needed!!!

The location was central to everything, the race track, the beach, stores. It was a wonderful home and my friends and I enjoyed it very much! There is a lot of room to spread out and there was room at the dining room table for us all to eat together!! The back porch is awesome and maybe my favorite feature! The beds were super comfy! Each person raves about how comfy the mattress was! And having the washer and dryer came in handy!!
