Fully furnished 4 bedroom, kid friendly home with air conditioning on every level of the home.

Located in a quiet neighborhood of Stratford, PEI. Close to beaches, golf course, parks, and minutes to downtown Charlottetown.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, including a master bedroom with a walk in closet and ensuite. The other bathroom has a full size washer and dryer.

The main level has a wide open living space, dining area, large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a half bath.

Downstairs there is another partial kitchen, bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, and common area with a treadmill, and a projector screen for movies.

There is a patio with gazebo, sectional, outdoor dining and BBQ!

Beautiful Locale for A Family

We had a wonderful time. The house and locale were absolutely perfect for our family of 5. With the many rooms & bathrooms, plus 2 entertainment/living areas, everyone got to do exactly what they intended. Only suggestions are: more seating area in the lower area entertainment area, bedroom door across from master bedroom needs dire attention & bath tub in the shared laundry room needs better drainage. This is a beautiful area near Charlottetown, in an amazingly quiet and family oriented neighbourhood. We will definitely come again (if Ashley will have us!). TYVM

Fabulous rental and host!

Ashley is a phenomenal host, and the property is top notch! Very kid friendly with supplies, toys, sandbox, and beds. The rental exceeded our expectations, and Ashley was quick to answer any questions or concerns we might have had both before and during our stay. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood near all required amenities, and is easy to get to. It also has a well-equipped kitchen and patio, and the projector in the basement was unique! Despite being 6 adults and 2 infants, we were all able to have our own quiet, relaxing havens, and also gather together in several areas without feeling crowded. Thanks Ashley, we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Lovely house walking distance to beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this residence. The house was fully furnished with everything you need. Tons of space for a family. The complimentary beverages in the fridge was a nice touch upon arrival after a long drive in the heat. Ashley was such a pleasant host. Gave us our privacy but was very receptive and accommodating the couple times we had to contact her about a minor issue. They are available and accommodating if any needs ever arise. Very quick drive to Charlottetown and Kinlock beach just a 5-10 minute walk away. My kids had so much fun exploring the tidal flats for clams and crabs. We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning and plenty of fans kept us comfortable.
