Fantastic Family Stay

We had a mini family reunion with a group of 10 adults and two kids. The location was close to the beaches and had lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The property had numerous beds and the perfect amount of bathrooms for all of our needs. Very spacious. Overall, a smooth and relaxing trip.

Family Beach Trip

We had four families staying at the property for our first ever beach trip with young kids. The set up was great for this and the management company was very responsive. We even ended up extending our stay by a day because the accommodations were so great and we were having such a good time. Although it’s not very close to downtown OC, the location worked well for our needs.

Family Vacation

The property staff were very friendly and extremely responsive. The kitchen was fully stocked of pots, pans, and dishes. The location was very convenient to the beach and other amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. I will say there was not soap or toilet paper in every bathroom to start the trip, but that’s nothing a quick trip to the store couldn’t fix. Our overall experience was great and we would recommend staying here again!

Thanks so much for choosing to stay with Seaside Vacations, Briana! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at Sea Captain, and would love to have you back anytime! Upon your arrival there should have been a blue amenity bag containing items such as a few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a trial size of dish detergent, etc. The bag is also a gift from the Seaside family to yours!

Thanksgiving

Disappointed that there was absolutely no yard space for the children. There was no mention to yard space, but one or two pics gave the impression of a tiny yard. The house was spacious enough for our group of 15, but table only sat 8 and 3 at the island, kinda hard to celebrate thanksgiving dinner. House was clean but floors were sticky and in need of a good wet mop. Trash left on floor behind trash can. Bath towels were great nice and absorbent.

Teresa, I am sorry to see you were disappointed with your stay in any way. This is not what we want, especially around Thanksgiving. I am sorry to hear that the floors were not cleaned. All of our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. I will make sure this gets addressed with our cleaners and inspectors. I sure hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Hopefully, we can get the chance to find the perfect home to welcome you and your family sometime in the future for any family vacations! :-) ~Lexi, Seaside Vacations
