This was the perfect place to unwind with plenty of room for everyone to visit. We loved the complimentary bottle of wine and the thoughtful little touches throughout the house. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and it was so much fun watching the squirrels play up the trees while enjoying morning coffee. We only wish we had more time to enjoy this wonderful home!

We loved the house. It was perfect for us. The beds were comfy and I loved the extra blankets for snuggling on the couch. I loved all the mirrors... plenty of places for girls on a trip to get ready. Coffee on the back porch was perfect and the hot tub as amazing!! We had the best time.

Beautiful house!! We celebrated my 40th Birthday with a few friends and absolutely loved this house! It was much more spacious than I originally thought, very clean, decorated nicely, good lication and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

Great Property!!We really enjoyed our stay here for an Oktoberfest couples’ weekend! This beautifully renovated older home has a cool vibe and all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. The hot tub and fire pit were definite highlights!The home was very clean, and the hosts were excellent with communication and answering any questions we had. The location is great, just a short distance from Main Street. While it’s walkable, we chose to use rideshare, which made getting to our destinations on Main Street quick and easy.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Fredericksburg. We’ll definitely be choosing this home again on our next visit!

Wonderful Stay in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was perfect for us and our pup! The space was very clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few blocks walking distance from Main Street. We enjoyed the comfy, backyard furniture on the deck as well as sitting around the fire under the pecan trees. The hot tub was an added bonus! We will definitely book again in the future.

Loved this beautifully appointed and super comfy Fberg cottage! Well stay here on future trips. Would’ve given them 5 stars but for the lack of lighting on the narrow deck stairs in the back. My wife took a little spill navigating them in the dark.

There is a porch light that can be turned on to help illuminate the back deck and stairs, and Fredericksburg is a dark-sky compliant community so exterior lighting is intentionally minimal.
