We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the house aesthetics and the extras that we offer such as the beach chairs, bikes, (we also have indoor/outdoor games for the family), and beach towels are provided, as well. Providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all of our guests is at the forefront of our mission, but sometimes external factors like the neighborhood and surrounding area are simply out of our control. Our home is close to everything, the beach, seawall, Pleasure Pier, the historic district, and all of the restaurants! Everything in the home is new, including the Temperpedic king mattress in the master bedroom. Keep in mind, new beds are going to be firmer than the ones people use in their own homes every day. Everyone has different preferences and we try to accommodate with everyone's needs in mind. We have since changed out the Temperpedic for a King medium plush pillow mattress in the main room. Regarding stocked items, we want to be fair towards everyone that stays with us so we implement a "standard primary and backup" to the items we provide free of charge. However, I personally send a welcome text to all of our guests letting them know that they can reach out at any time if they need anything. We do not fully stock everything as we do not know what is required for each individual guest. Additionally, we have installed a bidet so we are not wasting "one-use" items. Our guest contact is available to assist with any issue or concern you may have while in residence and we encourage our guests to reach out immediately for a most comfortable stay.
