Stunning Villa with spectacular views in an amazing location B1813A+*

Located at Palm Island Resort on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting.
The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, and beach umbrellas.
A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters. Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your new Memories at the Speed of Old Florida.

The condo was wonderful. Perfect for a family of four. Really enjoyed the screened in porch. The water is very close and the shelling at the north end of the island was excellent. You do have to plan your trips off the island because you only get one ferry trip per day of your stay. Otherwise the cost is pretty high at 55 per in and out. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is still in recovery mode after the hurricanes last year but we had no problem doing everything we love to do there. The weather was wonderful and we were able to have food from the restaurant a quite a few times. We love it there and have made reservations for next year too.

A very good experience despite the ongoing repairs

The only glitch was the the clothes washer is tricky and we had to call for help to fix it, but help did come in good time.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visit to PI was lovely as always. Unit was fine. Issues reported at check out and hopefully will be taken care of. Owners of unit should be aware that AC filter had not been changed, which I discovered while vacuuming. I am guessing this is why AC struggled to keep up.Check in was not good. Thank goodness I have a strong teen who was able to “bell hop” us, as no one helped us unload. The amazing beauty of PI has kept us coming back.
