Kihei Bay Surf Studio #110 is a ground floor studio with a peek-a-boo ocean view, air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen (excluding dishwasher), a large flat-screen TV, DVD, telephone with free long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada, and free wifi, . There is a California king bed and a queen sofabed, and ceiling fans as well. Air conditioning is room unit. For outdoor activities, Kihei Bay Surf Studio #110 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Kihei Bay Surf has a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and coin-operated laundry room. Sleeps 3.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary, Kalepolepo Beach, and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Kihei Bay Surf has a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills, and a coin-operated common laundry area. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops and restaurants, and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.
** Important Notice: The coin-operated laundry room sustained water damage in March 2026. It is estimated the laundry room will be unavailable until May 31, 2026. The nearest coin-operated laundry service is 1.3 miles away, Lipoa Laundry Center. Contact our office for more information. **

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I only stayed three nights, just a stop over to visit relatives done the road. Then on to the big island. I found the bed very comfortable and was lucky to get a good cross breeze through the room. I would definitely stay here again, a nice beach right across the street with easy access.

Great place to stay for the week!

The property was great. It was very nice for the price. The bed was comfy and it was great that the kitchen same stocked so we could eat in a couple of times. Also nice that there were beach chairs and an umbrella.

Perfect for the two of us. Clean, easy check in and out. Great pool and hot tub and the beach is right across the street with perfect view of sunset and turtles relaxing on the rock wall. Close to all the shops and restaurants in Kihei.

We had a great stay here. The apt had everything we needed to cook, hit the beach and rest after a day of exploring. There is a little beach directly across the property where there are plenty of sea turtles to view and lots of beaches nearby.
