This was our first time staying at this vacation home on the island. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were a few issues that kept it from meeting our expectations, especially for the price we paid. The house could have been cleaned more thoroughly. There was trash left in a second-floor cabinet, which caused an unpleasant smell upstairs. The master bedroom mattress is also in need of replacement, as it was very worn and uncomfortable. The kitchen could be better stocked with cookware, particularly pots and pans, making it easier to prepare meals. Additionally, the pool needed to be cleaned during our stay, and unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. With better housekeeping, a few maintenance updates, and improved kitchen supplies, this property would provide a much better experience.

We apologize for any inconvenience these caused. We take pride in making sure the houses are clean and in tip top shape when our guests arrive and are always here to help with anything that comes up. We appreciate you staying with us and would love to welcome you back on your next visit to the island. Thanks, AML

Great house! Plenty of space, great kitchen and the elevator came in handy. Perfect location in Bean Point. We all really enjoyed the easy access to beach, patio and pool. Had some minor issues, but great communication and were quickly resolved. Thank you.

This was our second year staying at Bean Point Bliss. We absolutely love the house and the location. The house needs a little love. Some of the windows need to be fixed. The one seat on the couch was broken. The pots, pans, and bakeware need to be replaced. The pans were so scratched up that I had to go buy one to use during our stay. There are no baking sheets and I’m not sure if there are any 13x9 bakeware. I brought mine from home. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a little challenging to figure out what to cook for my family of 5 because I was limited on what I could use. However, whenever there was an issue it got resolved right away and we were always able to get in touch with someone. I still highly recommend this house and we plan on staying here again next summer! Fabulous vacation!

Bean Point Bliss

There were seven family members who stayed at Bean Point Bliss. It was perfect for us. It was a beautiful house and there was plenty of room for everybody. We loved that it was steps to the beach and had a beautiful backyard with a pool. We did quite a bit of cooking and the exquisite kitchen had more than everything we needed. There was great communication from the rental company. We would definitely stay here again. Great memories!

Beautiful home!

We had a fabulous time at Bean Point Bliss. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but overall it was a fantastic vacation. The property manager was very responsive when we had some small maintenance issues arise. The only suggestion I would have is to update the cookware and add a grill brush to clean the grill in between cooking. We cook a lot when we stay on the island. We spent most of our time in the glorious pool and the sunsets on the rooftop are highly recommended. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Anniversary and Birthday celebration

The property and location were perfect. The house was rather large but homey feeling. There were a couple minor hiccups. The worst being the master bedroom mattress desperately needs to be replaced. The others not really worth mentioning. I would stay there again if afforded the opportunity.

This home was the perfect location! The elevator came in handy! We loved sitting out in the porch! The kitchen was well equipped and the ice maker was an added benefit not to mention all of the fridge and freezer space! We will be back and would definitely stay in this house again! Your company is very responsive and professional!

Spent Christmas with our family here . The house was very nice and convenient to have an elevator. One dishwasher did not work . Maintenance wanted to look further into the problem during our Christmas vacation. I didn’t want that interference during our stay so it was not a perfect situation having only one small dishwasher when I was cooking for 8 adults. I do want to comment that with such a high end home the master bedroom’s mattress was absolutely horrible! My husband and I had back pain all week , thx goodness there was a hot tub to help with our discomfort. Otherwise a beautiful home .

Great Home on Bean Point

We loved this rental. It was so clean and exactly as pictured on the rental site. We stayed the week before Memorial Day 2023 and loved how quiet this part of the island was. The home was extremely close to the path to the beach. Keep in mind that it's still a bit of a walk to the beach because of the location. The house has an elevator, but we didn't think we would use it often... we did! The main living area is on the third floor, so taking the pup out was made easier by the elevator. Not to mention it makes loading and unloading exponentially faster! The kitchen was well appointed with excellent appliances. They had Spectrum TV, which is a major plus because recent rentals we have been to only had Roku, Netflix, etc. They even had an office which was excellent. Our one main complaint about the property is that the only king bed in the house (in the master bedroom) is in desperate need of replacement. If there had been another king bed in the house, we would have changed rooms. We had originally considered saying another few nights because it didn't look like it was booked right after us. After two nights in the bed, we changed our minds. This is the reason I didn't give it five stars. I would absolutely book this house again, assuming the bed is replaced. So, fingers crossed we can do that later this year!
