Don't want to drive minutes to world famous Lawrencetown Beach? That's okay, The Blue Emerald has a dock (only in summer) and a swimmable shore.

The Blue Emerald is a gem of a property. Located on shy of 2 acres of land with 3,300 sq ft. over 3 floors (including a finished walkout basement).

This has been decorated to be a home away from home. With all of the comforts and feelings of feeling right at home so you can truly relax on vacation.

What makes this property unique

There was two reasons why I fell in love with this home. First, was because of the two-story window in the sitting room looking out at the lake. Secondly, the sunsets are just incredible.
