Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo

Our condo is located in Xaman-Ha; a beautifully kept complex in front of one of Playa del Carmen's most renowned beaches. Just five minutes walking distance from 5th Ave, our location allows for a peaceful oasis, while at the same time, just a short jaunt to endless restaurant and entertainment options.

7119 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located on the second floor. The double patio a wonderful place to sit and overlook the garden, pool, and the caribbean sea. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic necessities, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and purified water.
AC mini spilts are in all rooms and living room.

Awesome getaway!

This place was exactly what you would expect! Great views and quick access to the beach. Was a wonderful time for my family and I in Mexico and we would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the great vacation spot!

Crazy clean! Very well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms to laundry, everything you need. AC in all the rooms! Great location easy walk to town. Pool and beach were wonderful, swim up bar and workers were terrific! Can't wait to go back

Beautiful location

Nicely located near all shopping and nighlife in playa del carmen. Ferry to cozumel a 5 minute walk. Myself snd my family had a great time i would definitely go back.

Exceptional apartment

This is a small complex of apartments, beautifully kept and managed. All the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Having the maids to tidy and replace bedding and towels was a god send. The option of the beach and the pool was perfect. An easy walk into town too. Wish we had stayed longer

Condo was just as described and better. Cleaning service every other day was a nice bonus. Pool was quiet and friendly. Massage at the complex was fantastic. Will be back soon!

Stayed with kids 14, 18, 20, 21 and two "adults". Plenty of room, she thought of everything! 3 or 4 properties off the ferry to Cozumel. Couple minute walk to 5th avenue. Local taxi stand and mall 1 minute walk away

Great Stay in Paradise

We had a great stay at Bailey’s condo. Xaman Ha is a great property, perfect for groups looking for a little more freedom/flexibility/less crowded compared to an all-inclusive. The pool and swim up bar are great for families and adults. Having all the amenities we needed in the condo made for an easy stay. The main drag in Playa is only a short walk away for all the restaurants and entertainment you need. Lots of options for grocery and meal delivery as well if you feel like staying in. We would definitely like to stay at this condo again in the future!

Amazing week

Bailey's property is a prime location with beautiful views of the Gulf and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Bailey was great to work with and got back to me. There is so much to do in Playa Del Carmen we could not fit it all into one week. We will definitely be going back and would stay at Xaman-Ha again.

Wonderful Condo with a Great Host!

We had a great time with our family of 8, including 3 small children. The condo was very nice and clean. It’s newly remodeled and well equipped with very nice amenities. Very nice view of the Caribbean! Excellent location. We walked to the ferry for a great day in Cozumel. Cleaning every other day was outstanding. Bailey is a great host! It was our anniversary and Bailey arranged for flowers and a delicious cake to be in the condo before our arrival! She also gave us a late checkout without charging us.

The condo is AMAZING! Clean and great location.

Make sure you communicate with Bailey. She is an amazing host. She set us with with a great couple to ride back and forth to Cancun with. They were very safe and clean! The condo is walking distance to Walmart and 5th avenue. The best part might be the swim up pool bar with Robin as the bartender.

Great Vacation!

Bailey is the best host. She was very responsive to all questions and requests. Upon arrival the unit was clean and easy to find. There’s a parking space at the unit for a rental car if you need one. We drove to WalMart it’s literally 5 minutes away. There are many taxis at playacar palace next door whenever you need one. This condo is in a great location. Stop by the front desk upon arrival to get your pool bracelets. Security is extremely good at these condos. If you come out to the front of the condo head toward playacar palace walk through the outdoor mall and then you are on 5th avenue. When you are at the pool Robin the bartender will make you a great drink or burger. We ate at Karen’s and La Famiglia and Manne’s Beer Garten. The condo had bottled water, laundry detergent for your use. There are ice cube trays so you have plenty of ice when needed. We were able to order subway and have it delivered while we were at the pool. This was a very enjoyable trip. We would certainly rent again.

Best Beach in Playa Del Carmen!

Xaman Ha condominiums are located in the best area of Playa Del Carmen. Due to recent storms many of the beaches have disappeared, but not in front of this property. It is beautiful, with soft white sand and crystal clear water safe for swimming. Unit 7119 has a picturesque view of the pool area and beach. The double balcony easily accommodated our family of 6 (3 teenage girls + 11 yr old son) for dinners and hanging out. The interior was immaculate upon arrival and very well decorated and equipped with everything that we needed to cook full meals. The beds are very comfortable too. The location really can’t be beat for walking to wonderful restaurants and shopping, yet it feels secluded enough once on the property grounds to get away to paradise. This property is great for kids with the 2 shallow areas in the pool and perfect for adults with the swim up bar. Robin, the bartender, is a gem! My kids couldn’t wait for happy hour each day to see what the specials were. We will be back!

Home in Paradise

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. Location, Location,Location. The view from Bailey’s unit is breathtaking. A great way to start the day with a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the oven listening to the waves lapping on the beach. Pool area and beach are very nice. Took full advantage of the pool bar. Robin the bartender is a great guy. Inside you will have everything you need to make a gourmet meal. We did make many meals as we like to take advantage of the many great restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Bedrooms are very comfortable with great mattresses. I could go on and on about this place. Hopefully it’s available next time we go back to Playa.

Love this place!

This unit was absolutely wonderful during our recent visit to Playa Del Carmen. It is just as described, in a wonderful location and has amazing views from the balcony. The unit is lovely and updated and spotless. The beachfront pool is awesome, including the swim up bar. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

This place is gorgeous modern and well decorated. There was plenty of space for everyone, beds are comfortable double sinks nice showers plenty of drawer space. Used the washer and drier. We all enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is amazing from the balcony! All the restaurants, shopping and 5th avenue, bank and money exchange, ADO bus all walking distance. Booked two excursions the meeting point was at the plaza antigua super close to this location. This place feels safe and it is very well taken care of inside and outside. Pool and happy hour at the bar also great! Bartender is hilarious! Everyone is friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. The owner is promote to respond. Very happy we found this place.

What a great time we had staying in your condo! We were there Nov. 10-14. It was so nice to have 3 nice big bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect for 3 couples. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and roomy. And the air-conditioning worked great - nice to come home to after a warm day. Bailey was so easy to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. We especially appreciated her restaurant suggestions - that was very helpful. We really enjoyed the nearby shopping area (a few minutes walk away) and the swim up bar at the pool! Thank you and we hope to come back again!
