neighborhood. Public Transportation is just a block away (Pink Line - Western
Stop), giving you endless possibilities of traveling throughout the city.
You'll be close to downtown Chicago, China Town and Little Village and walking
distance from the famous 18th Street. Enjoy Harrison Park, National Museum of
Mexican Art, Cinespace Chicago Film Studios and local restaurants, bars,
entertainment venues and festival’s.
General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.
* If you are bringing a pet, only 1 dog is permitted. Pets are limited to 1 unless it's a service pet and cats are not allowed. Please send an inquiry if you have further questions.

The area seemed a little sketch but all in all we had no issues or problems with anyone. The neighbors were super nice every time we crossed paths. The inside is small but we expected that already. We enjoyed the coffee that’s there for guest. I do agree the couch does look a little on the rough side but we can’t complain! The space was clean!

In terms of size, comfort, and location it fit what me and my partner were looking for. Comfy bed and couch. Very close to downtown, public transit, and grocery store on the corner.
Cons: the kids next door are loud, there’s no closet/storage space and we were here for a wedding (it’s said in confirmation email but not in the listing), and we heard some shuffling in the kitchen area in the wee hours on the last night and wasn’t sure if it was our neighbors or a mouse.

Wasn’t impressed by all cupboard full of boilers / water tanks. I could smell gas too . Nowhere fir clothes storage
Sofa in living room too large for the space.
Space would be better if there were two small chairs giving the space a larger feel. Comfortable bed and good towels.

I knew this would be small, no problems with that. Didn't like how the floor sloped in all directions, little steps up/down in the oddest places (really should have been marked), stains on the sofa & throw pillow- gross!, and bed sheets felt like paper. Guy next door smoked and it permeated the apt, so did the family upstairs' dinner when they burnt it.
The worst was the heat though. No temp control on apt and it would get SWELTERING at night- like so much that neither of us got a decent sleep the whole time we were there. Oh, and no inside deadbolt on the door- felt sketchy & unsafe bc it's on a main street.
Pros- bathroom was recently re-done with plenty of towels.
