The house was GREAT ! Long walk to the beach ! The Basketball game and theme rooms were a big hit with the kids

The communication before we arrived was excellent. The house was exactly as described and was a fun house to stay in. We had a few needs like hand towels (had none when we arrived) and a coffee pot that didn’t work and the pool pump was not working. It took from Saturday until Wednesday to get these items taken care of and several phone calls. I assume this was a rare thing since everything else was excellent but we had to bring in a coffee maker of our own and use lots of paper towels waiting that long. The property is very nice however.

Beautiful house fantastically appointed

We were a large group celebrating a family wedding. The house is fantastic for large groups with a huge dining table and plenty of comfy seating. Everyone loved the games especially the basketball. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Awesome Place!

This place is awesome - very clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located within walking distance to everything downtown. I absolutely loved it! Villatel team was nice and responsive. I highly recommend it!

House was beautiful, everything inside the property was clean and nice, however, the pool was not very clean since there was sand in the bottom, probably from previous guests, there was also lots of bugs, and even a few frogs, but we contacted the host and someone came to clean it. Also, we paid extra to use the bbq, and we noticed it was still dirty from the previous guests. Lastly, the theater room was going to be our favorite thing from our stay, however, the air conditioning was not working and it was too hot to be in there. We contacted the host and we received immediate answers which I was very thankful for, but after someone came to check the A/C, lowered it, and came back 2 more times, we were informed that it looked like it was broken, and they were going to report it, but we didn’t hear anything else the rest of our stay. Overall we really liked it, how big the house was, and how close it was to the beach. We would love to come back some day and we hope it will be excellent next time.
