A central dining table seats eight for ocean-view dinners from the fantastic kitchen. Blessed with a sink facing the sea and loads of upscale appliances, the group’s chef will enjoy the challenge of cooking for a crowd. The kids will be in the garage watching TV and playing shuffleboard or mini-basketball. They’ll love the downstairs bunk-room, which has access to the fenced backyard, patio and fire-pit. This home is well equipped for large families with small children. It's location is great for walking to the beach, driving to the grocery store or driving to pick up fast food. We highly recommend staying at this home for a relaxing vacation.

The house was great for our family. Loved that every room had its own bathroom and lots of extra beds for kiddos. The dryer wasn't working most of the trip which they did tell us ahead of time but it was a bummer. They did fix it on the last day. We weren't given any laundry pods even though they wanted us to start a load of laundry before we left. Tried to contact the host and few times before our trip and during which was very slow to responded or very vague with response for example I asked if they had a high chair and they responded as it is not listed as one is there however when we got there, there was one in the garage. The walk to the beach was fine. And easy. About 4ish minutes walk. The wifi wasn't very good and there wasn't too many pans or pots available. Overall it was a cute house and clean. Beds where nice and comfy. We did have a good time. Parking was tight, we have 3 cars and I dont know where a 4th would go.

I have notified housekeeping to restock the soap supply. I have also asked them to complete a kitchen audit and replenish the supply as necessary. I’m also sorry our responses felt slow or unclear. I will address your concerns with the team and ensure that they take more care to provide our guests quick and detailed communication. Thanks again for the helpful feedback. Gem by the Sea

Beautiful house and great location. Very clean and the "game garage" with pingpong, basketball and a shuffle board was such a bonus to have to entertain the kids. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lincoln City.
