The house was very cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The house was very clean. The pool and patio area was awesome. We enjoyed a few evenings with a swim and relaxing in the sun. The neighborhood was very quiet. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. And it was very easy to get to the beach. We would definitely book this location again.

The property outside needed some regular maintenance/upkeep. Inside was actually nice until a heavy rain storm came through. We experienced the roof had a leak around the outside fan in the screened in porch. We actually videoed the leak and sent it to our contact. Never heard a word from him. The pool was a savior though.

We're sorry the property contact did not promptly respond to your report of the leak around the screened porch fan; we appreciate you sending video of the issue, and the roof leak is being repaired. We also apologize for the yard not being as tidy as it should have been, as frequent rain in the area made mowing difficult, though it has since been cared for. We're glad the inside of the home was enjoyable and we're working to keep the property in top shape for future guests.

Relaxing stay!

We were 3 adults and 2 children who very much enjoyed our stay here! Even though it was cold, the pool was a big hit! The house was very comfortable with lots of room to hang out. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed at this rental for the third time now. Tyler is great to work with. Texts/questions are answered promptly. This house is close to UNCW, the beach, Mayfaire shopping and many restaurants. It is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We look forward to our next visit!

The house was very nice. There were lots of private spaces and also gathering spaces, so people could be on their own if needed, but still come together for a chat. On the map, it seemed very close to areas we needed to go, but because it was kind of buried in the neighborhood, it took longer than expected to get to places.

Family vacation

What a comfortable and clean home! Minutes away from all you would need. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped to cook your meals in to save money. Plenty to do in Wilmington. We would definitely stay again.

Great location for rest and relaxation

This property isn't on the beach, it's tucked inside a neighborhood cul de sac with a backyard salt water pool and was perfect for our graduation celebration and family vacation. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in Wilmington in 10-15 minutes. Carolina, Cure and Ft. Fisher were about 30 minutes. It was nice to come back to the house and not have the hubbub of beach traffic and vacationers. We would love to come again!

Wonderful house and location

We were in town for my sons graduation from UNCW and the home owner was so thoughtful to have a graduation gift for my son! The house was ideally located for everything on campus and Wrightsville beach, but still in a quiet location. The home was roomy, well kept and updated. The next time we are in town we certainly plan to stay here again. So much better than a hotel.

Late summer getaway

My spouse and I stayed for a week. It was our first time in Wilmington. The property location was perfect for us. The pool was very private and it was close to go to the beaches and great restaurants. There were a couple of bugs in the house (but that is what to expect in the south). The pool is older but very private and we loved that it was salt water. Overall we enjoyed our time.
