Liberty Briza excelled again.

This is a beautiful home. The communication was excellent. We had a minor problem with pool (it was too warm) but problem taken care of. The service was really great, we stayed for 2 weeks just like last year. I cannot say enough good things about Reunion Resorts. I am not a relative or in any way connected with this resort. Just vary happy for my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful lots of space for multi families to spread out, TVs and every room, and really nice kitchen to cook in. The favorite feature is the movie endgame room where you can watch a movie and play pool. The adults and kids both really enjoyed the space.

Good Golf Trip House

Stayed four nights. House is very spacious and well appointed. Theater room was great for watching sports. Kitchen is well stocked, so we cooked meals most nights as the restaurant choices in the area are pretty average. Overall felt like good value for the money.

Bugs and unclean

My mom and I have rented at least 5 times from Reunion Resort. Sometimes directly, sometimes through a third party. We had always been extremely happy with the rental and the facilities. We have recommended Reunion to many of our family members and friends. This last trip left us not only disappointed but also upset with the way our complaint was handled. It will cause us to rethink using Reunion Resort in the future. We arrived Saturday evening to find giant roaches in states of dead, half dead or smashed on the floors. Someone must have been there, or how was it smashed and not picked up? 100's of lovebugs in the corners of the bedroom, along the sliders inside and out, and around the accommodations. The pool wasn't cleaned either, and there were spots of something spilled on the kitchen and entryway tiles. If these things weren't cleaned, what else wasn't cleaned? i am sure the construction on both sides of this unit didn't help. It was unsightly and noisy. We asked to be moved to a place that was cleaner and without roaches.

There is an alarm that goes off going or coming or if the door is open more than 30 seconds….that was irritating. The house was lovely and the living spaces great for our extended family. I did think,they could have had soap, shampoo dishwashing detergent and more than one-ply toilet paper. From restaurants to tennis to miniature golf the staff was exceptional! Even with lousy weather we had a good time!

Home beautiful/problems with pool temperature

Home was very nice, well stocked kitchen which was great. Media room awesome. WiFi only in main part of the house and media room. Very nice sized pool and hot tub, but regulating temperature was a constant issue with maintenance people attending to it often. If the ho tub was 104-108 the pool was 100-102. And if the pool temp was regulated the hot tub was within 2* hot tub 86 the pool 84. Reunion maintenance people were awesome. They replaced a smoke detector and also came to restore the WiFi. Thank you to Jose and Jerry, they were very nice and helpful.

Loved the house over all

I am not giving it an Outstanding because it didn't have good notes on things in the house. We couldn't figure out the fan system, it would have been nice to have an overall here is some info about our home sheet. The shuttle system was not helpful, couldn't book it and was always full. We wanted it to go to the Disney Parks and out of our 5 days only got it once. This was one reason we choose reunion resorts. Also would have been nice to talk to someone when you called the help number. They were very limited on when someone answered as far as time. When someone did answer they were very nice. The home was beautiful.

Liberty Brisa is a 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom home, and an official vacation home of Reunion Resort & Golf Club. When you book a Real Reunion home, you ensure that your family will have full and unlimited access* to all of our resort amenities. Liberty Brisa includes daily access to our water park (no additional fees for entry); our fantastic recreation team offers activities for kids of all ages at the water park each day! Reunion Resort also boasts three private Signature golf courses, designed by Watson, Palmer, and Nicklaus; the only way to play is by staying with us! Dine in style at one of our amazing restaurants. We also offer 24-hour front desk, bell, and valet services to top off the Real Reunion difference. Exclusive theme park shuttle services are also available to ensure that you'll have a truly wonderful vacation, full of the best kind of memories.

This home features a gas pool heater. Vacation home swimming pools are not heated by default, nor is pool heat available for all homes. If you would like your pool heated, if available, it will have to be requested by the day of arrival and kept on for the duration of your stay. The cost is $75 per day depending on the size of the pool. Please note that it may take 12-24 hours for a pool or spa to reach its peak temperature. Pool heaters are designed to heat water temperature to approximately 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature. There is no option to only heat the spa since it is using the same water as the pool. The pool heaters operate on a timer and are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening, therefore there will be some cooling off overnight when the air temperature drops. Guests are not permitted to access the pool heater at any time during their stay, this must be done by a trained engineer.
