Summer stay for nationals

We were in town for a basketball tournament. Great location and neighborhood. Pool table was a lot of fun for us all after winding down from a basketball game or pool day. Clean space at a great price.

Great

Wonderful beautiful home and spacious. The only problem is we could not figure out how to turn on shower heads. I believe the jacuzzi wasn’t working in the master room also.

Excellent

Perfect for our needs! The pool table was a great touch, provided some entertainment on days we were visiting theme parks! It rad very clean. The only thing I will say that is remotely negative, is the dryer did not work so we were unable to do laundry. I did bring it to their attention and was told to contact the property manager, I just didn’t have time to try and figure that out! Will definitely try to get that exact place again in the future!

Nice place!

The property had everything we were looking for. Three bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. Cute living room with the added bonus of a pool table. The only thing that was missing were instructions on how or where to check in. We figured it out by driving around and investigating where the resort was in relation to the property. We also didn't know what to do about the trash but we figured it would be taken care of since the cost included a cleaning fee. A welcome letter with instructions would have been helpful. We didn't spend much time at the resort but it was cute. Otherwise it was a cost effective way to stay in the area. We used it as a jump off point to Orlando (about an hour to ICON Park), Cocoa Beach ( 1 1/2 hours) and Miami (4 hours). I recommend it!

Nice resort like community but the property could have been cleaner

The neighborhood was nice. The decor of the townhouse was fun. The overall cleanliness of the townhouse was so-so. There was a stain on the ceiling of the master bedroom. The shower curtain was really dirty. I was surprised when we showed up to the house and there was another car parked in the driveway. I'm guessing it was the owners but there was no communication that it would be there. For a moment I thought there was someone else staying at the house. I wish there had been more communication from the owner about check in and check out. The location is 20 minutes from Disney. The resort amenities were nice. My kids enjoyed the play place in the arcade. And if the weather was warmer we would have loved the pool and waterslide. We would stay at this resort community again.
