This penthouse condo offers breathtaking views to the Caribbean Sea from a huge private rooftop. The rooftop features Jacuzzi, outdoor grill and an area for relaxing or sun tanning. The penthouse has one king size, one queen size and 2 twin size beds (or another king size instead of two twin size beds). Perfect for groups or big families. The unit has flat screen TVs throughout and beautiful marble in every room.

Maya Villa is a unique combination of modern luxury and Mayan magic in a tranquil setting of lush plants, flowers and cascading waterfalls. This beautiful resort is located steps from our trendy ASI Beach Club, and one block from the famous 5th Ave. 17 spacious condominiums are nestled among lush vegetation. Our sparkling, gecko-shaped heated river pool is made of jade-colored mosaic glass. At Maya Villa you will enjoy a unique combination of modern luxury and Mayan magic in a tranquil setting. Caribbean Sea is just one block away.
Enter through the great Mayan arch, and find yourself in the midst of lush plants, flowers and cascading waterfalls. Once you enter the courtyard, you will be surrounded by authentic Mayan art, handcrafted by the region’s most talented Mayan artists.

Our sparkling, gecko-shaped river pool is made of jade-colored mosaic glass, which is why it’s called the Jewel of Playa. Best of all, the pool is heated year round, which makes it ideal during the day or night. Stayed at both properties

Great location, excellent staff, beautiful architecture, good beds and linens, well organized amenities. On the downside, our dishwasher did not work at all and was not working when we arrived. We got the kitchen unit as we are all cooks. We had a LOT of dishes facing us every morning. That should have been repaired or replaced before we arrived. We should have been told about it and offered a discount or compensation. The hot tub needs updating, but it did work. The rooftop areas are really neat.

Nous avons passé 9 jours au Maya Villa en condo avec 3 chambres, nous étions 6 et c'était parfait. Proche de la plage, de la 5e Avenue, restaurant, épicerie, tout se fait a pied. Le condo est surprenament bien insonorisé, très bien dormi sans entendre la musique de la 5 Avenue. Service courtois propreté impeccable. Nous y retournerons surement
