That same information was also listed in the house guide- We’re sorry you weren’t able to reach us by phone. We monitor texts and recommend that as the quickest way to get help during a stay- We confirmed all four Roku TVs are working properly and haven’t received any other reports of issues- We supply 12 rolls of Angel Soft toilet paper for a standard stay, and the carpets were recently professionally cleaned to help maintain a fresh environmentThanks for taking the time to leave your review.
