Very great home to stay in pictures does no justice to being there in person would book again Only thing I did not like is that there was no tv in the bunk bed room but the kids were in the game room and at the pool that it didn't matter

Needs end tables and bedside tables, and privacy blinds on the patio door. Felt safe in the gated community.

Excellent stay

Family of four (kids 5 & 9) loved our stay! House and pool were very clean. Loved the Sonos system for playing music indoor and outdoor, was a bonus feature. Outdoor tv was nice for the kids when they needed to get out of the sun for a bit! Watersong Resort is a great, quiet, and safe gated community.

family vacation

This house has everything you need. The outside livingroom is wonderful. I love that all bedrooms have its own bathroom. The house is spotless and well taken care of. I also cannot say enough about Jennifer, the property manager, she is amazing and answers all questions when emailed. Thank you again

Pool Deck

Very impressed other than the pool area, it was dirty and had mildew. Other than that we were pleased, had a quick response too the pool alarm.

Excellent

Very nice home that is located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and spa were great along with a view of the outside tv. The kitchen was well equipped. Only a few things that I would suggest is have a king size bed in one of the bedrooms and the alarm to the patio door needs to be different. If you did not hit a button before opening the door just getting it to shut just right the alarm would go off.

Fantastic family memories

One of the best management companies I've worked with. Arrived late Christmas Day after a long day. They offered a grocery service so we had snacks, soda, water, along with milk and cereal for breakfast the next morning at the house which was wonderful. We had an issue with the pool heat and they sent out someone to check it out and when he couldn't identify the problem the owner was able to correct the issue remotely. Great house with plenty of room. Loved the pool and the game room was a blast! Quite and very nice neighborhood. Thank you for the wonderful time and cherished memories.

Florida Perfection

Our family of 4 have decided we'd like to pick that home up and move it to Iowa :) The garage/gameroom was perfect for our 16 year old and 7 year old. Pool table, air hokey and the golf game kept everyone busy and happy. We even annoyed our kids by playing music on the great sound system from when we were in high school. We loved that every bedroom was a great size and had their own bathroom. We would've loved if one of the bedrooms had a king bed since that's what we're used to at home. But bonus.... there was an unused bedroom, so we split up for a week and each had our own bedroom. Problem solved! Haha. The only other bummer was the mattresses, but I wouldn't take any points away for that! Some people love the firm memory foam, so those people will love the beds. Can't make every one happy with mattresses, so no worries. The Pool area was so great! We paid to have it heated and felt it was money well spent. The hot tub is large and I love that it was 3' deep with a bench all around it. My 16 year old was happy that the pool went to 5.5' deep so we could actually swim around without feeling like he was wading in a kiddie pool (don't laugh, we stayed somewhere with a pool that was too shallow to do anything in lol). The entire house was spotless as was the pool area. The sound system and TV in the pool area was great as well. I earned cool points for being really good at the hook and ring game out there. Making the reservation was an easy process and the ladies emailing were awesome. Check in was very easy and loved that this is in a gated community. Check out was great as well because there were no crazy check out cleaning demands. Just easy stuff that people should do anyway. Long review short, book this place. You won't regret it.
