French doors open from the living room and master bedroom onto the large private balcony with full ocean views, so watch the sun rise, enjoy your morning coffee, or dine al fresco at the high top table. There are also two chaise lounge chairs to relax, nap, or read your book. Saltillo tile floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, 60-inch TV above the fireplace, and free WiFi. Just six steps to the road and a total of 1085 SF. You better pick up your groceries on the way through town, as you will never want to leave this villa once you arrive! H1151 | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. 90th Birthday

We were very impressed by the property it was exactly as advertised. Excellent location with a balcony the view could not have been better. And the golf cart was a great perk. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the dishes we needed. Upon arrival we had questions about the golf cart the property manager replied immediately and answered all our questions.

January 2019 Stay

The location of the rental residence is great as advertised. Fantastic view of the ocean. The drawbacks include the unit was not cleaned as it was supposed to be. Cover sheet was smeared with chocolate; probably it was not washed or cleaned. Counter top and dishes were not cleaned well. Dish washer was broken and no one came to fix it after 2 phone calls. If unit was not supplied with basic bath amenities ( shampoo, conditioner, and soap), rental agency should have disclosed it. House keeping must do a better job to upkeep the unit since most units were built a while ago.

Million Dollar View

We had a wonderful time staying in Catalina and booked this condo as a last minute get away. The view is gorgeous, the condo is a bit dated and the main bedroom be could use to be updated as it feels like it has never been flipped (caved in the middle). We had initial issues with the golf cart, which was very old, but the maintenance team was quick to provide us with another cart the next day. Overall you can't beat the location and view, but we felt the price was very high relative to the condition of the condo.

The location of this condo is perfect!!! And the golf cart is a MUST. The property had everything we needed. Only hesitation is for the price, some details could be improved. The master bedroom TV didn't work, there is a light shining through the second bedroom window all night with no shades to block it, one sink partially blocked, little things. No biggies, but for 4 seasons prices, if you're looking for a four seasons quality, you'll be disappointed. That being said, we had a great time on the island and would definitely return!

Amazing View!

As soon as we entered Hamilton cove the properties took our breath away. Our condo had one of the best views of any place I have ever stayed. It was well outfitted decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Our neighbors all around were nice as well. I want to go back!
