Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The house was very nice. It fit our family perfectly! The pool was amazing on the hot days. We will definitely be back.

Charming bay place

The property manager was great and very communicative. There was an issue with the AC at one point and they immediately responded. I’m very impressed with the manager and the house is quite charming.

Backbay living with a view

The house has an awesome setup with the deck and pool overlooking the bay. The ramp allows for easy launching of kayaks. The house was clean with comfortable beds and has everything you need for your stay including a newer propane grill. If you have very small children, be sure to bring extra gates to keep them away from the spiral stairs leading to the basement and stairs leading down to the pool area. There is a gate and fence around the pool itself. Overall, the property was very nice and we would definitely stay here again!

Nice property 2 blocks from beach

The house had plenty of beds, a huge table to play boardgames at and eat together and a beautiful backyard pool. It was 2 to 3 blocks from the beach and conveniently it already had a beach wagon to tgrow our chairs and towels into. The once slightly inconvenient thing was the 2nd floor bathroom was jack and jill, you could only enter from one of the bedrooms which means one bedroom had no access and had to go downstairs. Other than that it was perfect for our group.

Overall our family loved the home/amenities and location. Some minor repairs on home were neglected - outdoor shower does not work, downstairs bedroom has standing AC unit which is loud; also the Jack and Jill bathroom design on upstairs and with kitchen is not ideal. Nice new windows but bedroom vertical shades were not operator friendly and some were broken; some areas were not dusted, ie. room corners, under beds and standing area fans, but overall, the shared spaces, large dining table, screened patio, roomy back and front decks, shaded downstairs entrance and proximity to locale was great. Pool really nice and boat ramp, access to drop kayaks/john boat in was very convenient. Neighborhood is fantastic. Appliances worked well. Spiral stair to downstairs could be difficult for some renters. Thank you.
