Pleasant Stay while visiting Clemson University

This home is located close to Clemson University and was the perfect place for our family to stay while in town for an event. It has four spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths and a nice screened in porch area. And it’s a short walk down to the lake. We will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

This property, by far, was the cleanest and most comfortable property I have ever stayed in at Lake Hartwell. The dock and the screened in porch are huge bonuses. I cannot say enough good things about this home. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great appliances, great lighting with fixtures and windows, nice-sized bathrooms, owners are super accessible. Did I mention how clean the home is? I'll be staying here again.

Perfect Multigenerational Stay

We had a blast. The kids loved the bunk room, they enjoyed fishing on the dock. Adults and kids all enjoyed jumping from the top deck, the water was beautiful and cool. The stairs were perfect for getting in and out. The top deck was also perfect for watching Clemson sunsets. Our family caught 5 catfish and enjoyed them for diner. Overall the whole weekend was perfect!

Great Lake House in a Great Location.

Lake Home in good condition, extremely clean, and convenient to Clemson University. Amenities and instructions to make your stay fun and comfortable were very helpful. I would recommend this rental for anyone looking to visit Clemson or for a Lake Hartwell getaway. Screened in deck, with a couple of outside deck seats were a nice touch to go along with the fire pit area and double decker dock on the lake. Plenty of places for the whole family to enjoy.

A Great Retreat

Had a wonderful 3 night stay on the lakefront while visiting Clemson University. This home is beautifully decorated and comfortable; well appointed with everything you could need. We had a great visit; especially loved having coffee and breakfast on the screened in porch. Plenty of space, comfy beds and such a well stocked kitchen. Owners and management company great to work with. Highly recommend and we hope to return!

Great family get-together!

This was a fantastic home for a Clemson game weekend! The outdoor porch and fire pit areas were so accommodating for adults and kids, alike. Bedrooms were spacious and the home is quiet and comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked and allowed for easy meal prep for everyone. Ample parking for all the vehicles and tailgate preparation. Allowed travel options to get to Clemson campus/stadium. Certainly hope to stay here again.

Great place with awesome dock!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home. The home had everything you need and was clean and nicely and comfortably decorated. The screened in porch and dock are great! We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the kayaks etc. but love that they are there for the guests to use. The communication with the owners and Evolve was great and we felt they were accessible if we needed anything.

Amazing Retreat

This house is a nature lover's paradise. There is a beautiful view, serene dock with well maintained pathway leading from the house to the water, a large screened in porch, and a fire pit area which all make for a perfect way to enjoy some down time with friends and family. There is a ton of room inside as well with four bedrooms and enough beds for 12 to sleep comfortably. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home!

Clean and Close to Clemson!

We stayed here while our daughter went to tennis camp at Clemson. We enjoyed the clean home, and screened in porch. The dock was amazing for swimming and had a floating carpet. The home isn’t in a neighborhood so just know that going into the booking. If you want a lake house, with privacy, 10 mins to Clemson though we couldn’t recommend the home any more.

Great Location (Near Clemson)

We stayed over graduation week. It was a great lake location. House was very clean, equipped with lots of amenities (paddle boards, kayaks, firepit, foosball and full stocked kitchen). Easy travel to Clemson. It has a nice screened in porch to enjoy the warm weather. There is a small trail to the lake with it's own dock. Great to just sit out and enjoy the lake. Lots of parking. Would recommend for anyone visiting Clemson students.
