There is a spacious dining area that opens out to the outdoor paved area with alfresco dining and BBQ facilities under a large umbrella canopy to create the perfect place to dine while enjoying the view looking down over the pool area and tropical landscaped gardens and straight out onto Sunset Beach.
Recently renovated and beautifully furnished throughout with the main living and dining areas are spread over two levels and feature a 75" Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and split system air conditioning. The property features an atrium with internal dining and entertainment plus a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including induction cooktop, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and beautiful benchtops to prepare meals. There is also a powder room on the entry level for guests’ convenience.
The bedrooms are all large with the main bedroom and bedroom two having access to the balcony to allow the sea breeze the flow through. The main bedroom also has a stunning ensuite with floor to ceiling tiles, shower, toilet, and double vanity. The renovated full sized main bathroom provides a shower, corner bath (spa jets not operational) and separate toilet.
Double lock-up garage with internal access plus additional off-street driveway parking suitable for a small boat, there is an internal laundry with top or front loader washing machine and dryer.
18 The Moorings is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to Soldiers Point Marina where you will find fantastic award-winning restaurants, cafe, children's playground with swings and community tennis courts for hire.
