The property is very nice. The house is a bit run down and needs some TLC, which I would not have expected given the pricing.

Casey, a clean, fully stocked house is something we put real effort into, and it means a lot to hear that landed the way it should. The Hill Country has a way of slowing people down in the best sense, and we hope that is exactly what happened for you here. Next time you come out, ask us about the best local swimming holes within a short drive of the property. Worth every minute of the trip.

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was very accommodating for 15 women. Would highly recommend staying here. Little minor disappointment was the hot tub didn’t work but when I put message in the portal to them they responded right away. Any problem or questions we had they was very quick to respond and attempt to get it fixed I would absolutely stay here again. The scenery was breathtaking as well. Would sit in front porch in the swing of a morning and have coffee. Was so peaceful. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Beautiful home

The home was very spacious and clean, the pool and hot tub are great add ons and were very clean. The only thing that could make the property even better then it already is, if the yards were a little better up kept regarding stickers. Small children or animals could be a problem.

Great country stay

Beautiful home that accommodated a group of 15 well with 5 bedrooms and a loft/garage. Another bathroom would be ideal, but we managed. Private pool and hot tub were fun for the teens and adults just wasn’t ready when we checked in and needed scrubbing/shock. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, and mugs but not enough cookware. Great scenery all around the home and town was a short 15 minute drive. Overall enjoyed our weekend stay with family.

Roman, a perfect ten with no notes needed is a fine thing to wake up to, and we appreciate you taking the minute to leave it. The Hill Country shifts with the seasons out here, so the house feels different in spring wildflowers than it does on a cool fall evening. Come stay with us again whenever the road brings you back. Every guest who comes back to us gets 10% off the return stay, and that includes you. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.
