This house fit my family perfectly. We loved the pool and all the space we had. The location is great. It is close to everything you need (including the beaches) but still in a quiet neighborhood.

The pool and spa was very nice and enjoyable. It was well maintained and we were able to use it every day. The house was nicely located to shopping restaurants and bars. It meet our expectations and had all the comforts of hone. The property manager was very personable and attentive to all our needs. We will definitely reserve this house again.

Nice home, nice large pool. Convenient location.

Nice home, nice large pool, convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants. Home sleeps 8 but not enough beach towels, bath washcloths. In a home with a pool there is usually plenty of non breakable dinnerware and drink ware to use on the lanai and around the pool, this home had 4 thin plastic plates and 2 sets of 6 plastic cups, when management notified of these problems I was told she didn't know if there was money for the supplies. The owner hasn't been able to get to the house due to Covid travel restrictions. I was told it was OK to use regular glassware and dinnerware around the pool, we didn't. We had an enjoyable experience just wished we wouldn't have had to buy towels, coolers, paper dinnerware... Spacious home but poor response from the property management.

Our 1st VRBO

We had a great time....Other than a few hiccups (refrigerator made a noise for first 5 days then ice maker stopped working. Instructions for the spa didn't coordinate with the remote and patio furniture and a few interior things needs a little tlc). We will VRBO again for sure! Thanks for the memories!

Paradise found!

A wonderful stay! The water views from the lanai were beautiful! The pool was great! Sun all day on the lanai. The house is large and has a great kitchen. Centrally located to Publix, Aldi, Sam's and Walmart. We made all of our meals at the house and easily found the supplies we needed. The beaches were about 30+ minutes from the house bc of traffic but totally worth it! Anna Maria Island did not disappoint! Try out Two Scoops by the pier! I will say that there was pancake mix on the floor, counter and cabinets and pancake and food crumbs on the glass table and chairs. I cleaned it up and it didn't affect our stay but it was disappointing to see. The attention to detail for cleaning could be improved some as well as the mattresses. The master mattress especially was in need of replacing. Martin stopped by and checked in on us. He was very friendly and made a quick call for repair when I told him about a problem in the house. We had a blast and would stay again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Beautiful and spacious home! My family had a great time hanging out in the pool and relaxing in the screened in patio all week. The grill and stocked kitchen let us cook up family dinners which was perfect for us not having to order or go out every night. It was located right by plenty of stores which was super convenient. We had a very good time and wished we could stay longer! (We couldnt find a pen to write in the guest book but we would have said it was a great week!) Thanks for the memories!!

Summer family vacay

The rental process was simple and straightforward. The property is in a quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from the beaches. With 4 grandchildren, the pool was a great addition. House is well appointed and clean . Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Home review

I sent an email to the owner because the toilets were messed up. They worked but the master room toilet was running and leaking. We just laid towels down and tried to keep dry. Then the toilet in the other bathroom, the handle was loose. It still worked so it didn’t ruin anything. We also had a small ant problem but recleaned the countertops and lower cupboards and that seemed to help. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Deborah Thank you for taking time to review. I was on vacation myself when you emailed me and unfortunate a phone call was not made to management so that these things could have been addressed quickly. I hope they did not detract from your stay too much. Martin
