Problem with cleanliness

Our apartment was not clean when we arrived. We had to call for immediate cleaning and they did complete it by about 9 pm. However, the cleaning products had such a strong fragrance that it set off my asthma. Also, the floors looked clean but were not. Our socks and slippers had a great deal of dirt residue on them. I did notice that other apartments in this same complex used the same cleaning crew, so it was due to them and not this company. They did not offer to refund me and there was no relocation unit that was similar that met our needs, so we were stuck there. I don’t think I will return.

This was my second stay at CozySuites in Louisville, and I will come back next year for the same event. The unit is light, bright, airy, and spacious. It’s well-equipped and comfortable. It’s also very secure and safe. I particularly love the secure, private dog park/run and dog wash room. For those who prefer to take the dogs outside the building for real plants and grass, there are well-stocked potty stations and bins outside around the building as well. The walls are thick, so you don’t hear your neighbors. The communication and response times are great. The other amenities (e.g., gym, pool) look fantastic, although I have not taken advantage of them. My only complaint is that we could have used two garage/elevator fobs - we had two cars which came and went at various times, so it was an inconvenience to go meet someone outside at the garage entry to let them in, and then up to the room. The good news is that there is street parking near a side entrance which doesn’t require the fob. So at least you can park at the curb and get up to your unit without one. At any rate, nice place, nice stay. Feel confident to book.
