Entire private 1 bedroom above-ground basement suite that sleeps 3-4 (queen bed & 2 Twin Beds). In-suite washer and dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen.
We are hosts as well as vrbo/airbnb travellers ourselves. We try to make our guests as comfortable as possible, and try to stock the suite like our home for you to enjoy our city to the maximum.
Coquitlam is 40 mins drive to downtown Vancouver. 5 mins to drive, or 10 mins bus ride to Lafarge skytrain.
Neighbourhood Description
We are 10 mins away from Coquitlam Centre Mall (Apple Store, Walmart, TNT asian grocery, Superstore, and more). Lafarge lake is 5 mins away. There are numerous hiking trails along the Coquitlam river, and Sports complex for jogging/walking.

We enjoy travelling, eating, cooking and hiking. We like staying at Airbnb and VRBO and in turn enjoy hosting in order to meet different guests who travel from different countries, background and culture.
Why they chose this property
From the suite, you have a view of Burke Mountain with lots of trees in the horizon. Lafarge Lake is 10 mins walk. We are 10 mins away from Coquitlam Centre where you will find many shops, restaurants, Walmart and TNT Asian grocer.
What makes this property unique
Our suite is above ground, bright and a decent view of the trees and Burke Mountain. It is spacious and well equipped if you plan to stay long term, or cook meals. Netflix and a decent Bose sound system will make your movie, youtube or music listening enjoyable.
