Great house! Perfect for a group to enjoy the Saco. Rooms had plenty of space and great entertainment deck. Doesn’t hurt it’s right next to Moat Mountain too!

Great location and deck!

Sean from Summit Vacation Rentals always replied to questions leading up to our stay and was very helpful. The property was clean and slept all our guests comfortably. 10/10 location close to all the great spots to visit while in the White Mountains.

Spacious for all! Beautiful wrap-around deck to hang out on each day. Awesome game room / finished basement for kids to hang out in at night. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. Great stay!

This property was excellent and worked for ourselves and extended family. Everyone loved the pool table, the arcade system was a great addition to the game room. Communication with the host was top notch. We had a small issue and they were able to resolve it quickly which improved our stay. We have stayed at many NH homes with different property management services and can safely say this home and the service provided by Seacoast2Summit is excellent.

Location was great!!!

The house is good size for a large family and the location was perfect. Very nice area!! Unfortunately, we were disappointed, that the home was not maintained better. It is in need of some tender loving care. The main concern was the house has carpet, and the living room area needs to be cleaned ... really replaced. (I don't think the sticky stains will come out) There were a few other minor things that will probably make us not return to the place.

Review

We did not have enough towels, the ac was not working correctly, Therefore the house was too hot, the grill stop working at least three times, the basement floor had an area that was a trip hazard. This was my first time using Vrbo and I was a bit disappointed.The neighborhood was beautiful the outside looked nice, but the front porch had loose hand rails and steps. At this point we don't think we will be using Vrbo again. Just my thoughts.
