This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo accommodates up to four guests, offering the perfect blend of cozy comfort and modern convenience for your next alpine escape. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood on the north side of Ruidoso, Oso Blanco provides free WiFi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and quick access to year-round outdoor recreation.

Cozy home perfectly located! Pet friendly

Very nice cozy home that is close to everything groceries, restaurants, shops. We really appreciated how close to the dog park it was as we went everyday. Home does have a small run in the back good for smaller dogs. We weren’t able to start the gas fireplace so we contacted management and within a few hours they had it going. Wish the beds were more comfortable but overall we left refreshed!

Peaceful Cabin

This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin. We love the quiet location, lots of wildlife in the area with a large covered porch to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and rain storms. The cabin is the perfect size and has all the comforts of home and we love that pets are welcome! We would recommend that the owners upgrade the matress in the master bedroom, it's pretty uncomfortable. But, overall we love the property!

The house was overall nice and quiet. Clean and enough towels, trash bags that we needed the most. My only complaint is that the master bed was a little uncomfortable. The mattress was firm and wasn’t able to sleep well. But other than that everything was pleasant.

Low cleanliness and poor attention to detail

This property was not clean. I saw a previous post about the sofa being dirty but then a few others noted that the place was clean overall so we took a chance. The photos look much better than what we encountered. The sofa was nasty. It had some sort of food or body fluids wiped on the arms of the coach. The carpet was old and filthy. The bedding was disgusting. Had hairs and looked to be very old and unwashed. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean. I think the crew must go in and clean sinks, toilets, and change the bed linens and nothing much more. This place has potential but it needs an overhaul. New linens, new kitchen ware, and a very deep clean with new flooring.

Cozy house that could be great

The couch smelled so bad we had to buy fabreeze. Sticky, dirt tile floors. The carpet is dirty. Window sills covered in flies. Dishes greasy, dirty. Furniture in living and dining area very old and worn. No dishwasher. Otherwise good.

Snowy New Year’s Visit

We stayed here for four nights over New Years with our two small dogs, who loved the fenced-in back run. The layout was great and very cozy. The neighborhood was quiet but very convenient to town. Despite the hilly local streets, we found it to be readily accessible even after an overnight snowfall. We would come back!
